Насчет версий винды, мне довелось пожить и на 7, и на 8, и на 10 сейчас. Чисто по ощущениям, мне 10 не кажется более тормозной, чем 7. А вот что интерфейса со стекляшками больше нет, это порой жалко, мне он нравился.
